Yes. If you have a specific item in mind or would like to have us modify a design of a current item, please contact us. Many folks have gotten us to modify length, rope diameter, splices, etc |

Will you do repairs on other brands of Natural Horsemanship equipment? |

Yes. I can replace the tips on about any other brand of stick (replacement will be a leather tip). Also, can replace broken snaps on training lines. I offer replacement poppers for strings or training lines. |

Will you allow pickup instead of mailing the equipment? |

Yes. Just email me before placing your order, so arrangements can be made and the shipping cost removed from your payment process or refunded. |

What is the turnaround time when an order is placed? |

After payment is received and cleared, production time is 6-12 days. All items are hand crafted and made to order. |

What if I need an item more quickly, such as for a gift, a clinic or other event........ can it be made and shipped any faster than the average timeframe? |

Yes, with limitations. I will accept rush orders whenever possible and practical ....but you must contact me prior to ordering to make sure we can meet your deadline.

Yes. I have combo packaging of certain items at prices less than the items would be individually. Also, for large orders, I will give a discount ranging from 5%-10%, depending on the size of the order. Yes. If item is a gift, I am happy to mail pkg directly to recipient for you. For wholesale customers, I will drop-ship to their customers. |
