Simple Returns/Exchanges
(changed mind, ordered wrong size, etc....

If you need to return/exchange an item please email or call The Stick Lady
for a Return Authorization within 30 days of the date of purchase.
The item being returned/exchanged must be UNUSED AND RESALABLE
and sent with copy of receipt or web purchase transaction.
There will be no refunds on items past 90 days.
Exchanges only after 90 days.
Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges.

Final decisions regarding condition and refund
are at the discretion of The Stick Lady.

Warranty Information
All Stick Lady horsemanship / training equipment items
are covered by a
1 year-- Repair *or* Replace Guarantee
* The decision between repair / replace is at the discretion
of The Stick Lady upon inspection of returned item.
Important: Non-horsemanship/training equipment items
are NOT included in 1 yr guarantee
Our limited warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and/or materialsand is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
The manipulation or untying of any knots on
halters / hackamores / riding halters voids the warranty.
Please contact The Stick Lady with any questions or concerns
regarding the sizing.
Please send a copy of your order/payment email or invoice,
as proof of purchase with any return.
Final decisions regarding condition and reimbursement
are at the discretion of the The Stick Lady.
Shipping Cost Policy for Warranty Returns/Repairs:
The Stick Lady will cover all shipping costs
on approved warranty issues.
The customer will be initially responsible for the
cost of shipping the item back to The Stick Lady.
If the return is approved upon inspection as a warranty issue,
the return shipping cost will be refunded to the customer.
If the item is inspected and no warranty issue is found,
the return becomes a 'simple return/exchange' issue and
reverts to the shipping policy for those items.
Final decisions regarding
warranty coverage, condition and reimbursement
lie with the The Stick Lady.
